I’m not the best at cooking and making sure I get my 5 a day, which definitely helps my hair and skin. So I’ve been making vegetable based smoothies with mostly veggies I just can’t eat whole. This one is spinach, kale, carrot, beetroot (would never eat it!), a little bit of banana, frozen pineapple and frozen protein yoghurt.
