La Vie est belle Lancôme
At the beginning I can smell sweetness that reminds me of vanilla. After a while, it became less intense and less sweet, thankfully because I am not a fan of vanilla sweet perfumes. As a result, even though this fragrance is sweet, its not overwhelming.
I thought it would be very heavy and it will last long but I found it to become delicate and gentle after a while, or perhaps it sits on me well and blend with my skin ph perfectly so I cannot feel it? Might need to ask others if they do feel.
I am missing a hint of freshness so would rather use during cloudy autumn and cold winter as it’s warm fragrance. For me it’s too heavy and too sweet for summer months.
Packaging is simple but pretty, and looks luxurious.
I’ve been testing this spf for 3 weeks constantly during heatwave in July. I’ve used the whole bottle of 40ml within those 3 weeks, so can say it is not long lasting product, but on the other hand it’s not extremely expensive, however for some can be. It does have very light formula that absorbing incredibly well without sticky or shiny residue, but it’s not a dry matt neither. It does protect skin against uva and uvb well, my pigmentation was controlled and didn’t get worse. I have also a feeling that my make up last longer when applied on to Vichy spf. Really enjoy using this spf. The only thing I have noticed that is common for all brands of spf’s and makes our life harder is the fact that practically none of them mentioning how much of the product will have to be applied to achieve full protection, I wish to see this information on the packaging, I did consult with Vichy and I’ve told that 4-6 pumps (face only) need to be applied to achieve spf50. I was using it on my neck and décolleté as well, so appox 10 pumps at one go. Hence why it last only 3 weeks. Highly recommended especially for those that don’t like shiny, white or greasy residue. It’s also worth to mention that it didn’t enlarge my pores which can be common problem with spf. I am 36yo and my skin is dry-combination.
At the top it does say that its for products tested from this test and review community, but as long as its sold on the website, I think you should be fine. I'm sure admin will tell you if its not allowed. Lovely collection of products by the way...
Thank you all for comments , I thought it’s good to share honest reviews. And I am always trying to test products for longer time to see proper picture. Some comments make me think that it’s not ok to leave review of something that I personally tested only because it was not given by Feeluniqe, however it’s sold or their website so I thought it’s ok, especially I have seen plenty reviews on Feelunique saying “originally posted on V….” But it would be appreciate if admin would help here to clear concerns. I would also appreciate to receive a message to say girl you doing it wrong rather than being pointed in public.
Hope all of you will have nice afternoon ☺️
I was sent this face wash from the Feelunique Community for my so to try. He has constant breakouts and this product sounded perfect for him. He wasn’t disappointed, it’s a lovely light textured lotion that quickly becomes a gentle foam which is not at all harsh on his skin. It has a mild fragrance and not heavy on the often antiseptic tea tree smell. I love the zinc and magnesium for their healing properties, but he’s more of an ‘if it works it’s great’ kind of boy! His skin already, after 3 weeks, looks and he says, feels, so much better. As a Gen Z, he loves the ethos of the brand and that it can sit on his bathroom shelf without looking as though he has bought female products! It has no unnecessary chemicals and tries to be a responsible brand. So far, so good.
So I wanted to give it at least 4-5 times of using this before I gave my review! This is my first time trying out a milk product and was so intrigued as the bottle looks so nice. It’s a lightweight mist which doesn’t have much of a scent, doesn’t feel tacky on the skin either. Being a combination to oily skin type I thought it wouldn’t keep my makeup in place, however it did for most of the day, my oils only started to show a few hours after. I usually wear a tinted moisturiser, concealer and powder to work. I’ve not used it to refresh my makeup so I can’t comment on that.
