My feel good pics are a little different. 2 years ago, at the height of lockdown I was accepted onto a clinical trial for Atopic Dermatitis as nothing was helping. During the tests for the trial I was diagnosed with latent TB which then shocked and subsequently excluded me. I had 6 months intensive antibiotics for a lung problem during Covid! As I couldn’t use steroid creams and tablets my skin got worse, out of control, and covered 80% of my body. The itching caused bruises all over me and my husband was so sad to see me like that and mentally I was a mess. I couldn’t put clothes near my skin, thank goodness for lockdown and good weather as strappy loose sundresses became my norm. I tried every cream and balm until I found Lipikar, Bioderma and Dermol. I have a steroid free routine now which keeps it at bay (my shoulders still itch but hey ho), but now I feel good!
